Castle Club is now serviced by three groups: Guest Services, Player Development and Promotions. Guest Services handles the bulk of Member requests, such as new cards, ticket redemption and information. Player Development will serve the VIP (Diamond and Platinum) Members. Promotions handles our giveaways and monthly promo events.
