Three Levels of Membership in a Class of their Own

Castle Club members who truly appreciate the many benefits of playing at Cliff Castle Casino Hotel may find that their participation qualifies them to advance from Classic membership to either prestigious Platinum or our exclusive Diamond tier. Tier level upgrades will be recognized instantly and members will be notified. The VIP status level achieved will remain in effect for the next six months. The simple chart below outlines the point thresholds for each level.

FAQ’s:

How long do the Comps/Points stay on the card? Two years after the last date of play.

What can I do with my Comps/Points? Comps/Points can be used at any of the Venues. Food, Drinks, Gift Shop, Shake Rattle & Bowl, Kids Quest.

Why do you need my Email/Phone #? We do send out offers for things such as Hotel stays and concerts.

What do I have for my Promotions? How long are they good for? You will need to check Balances, and then check Personal Banker Tab to see when they expire.

How do I get an RV Pass? How much money is it? It will be 100 Points the day of stay. There is no exact amount you will need to spend. You cannot just pay for it.

Can you tell me what Free Play I have over the phone? We do not give amounts over the phone. We can simply answer yes or no.

How many Points until I’m at the next Level? 125,000 for Platinum and 300,000 for Diamond. The time period is for January 1 – June 30 and July 1 – December 31.

How many Points for Gift of the Month? You must earn 1,000 Points in that particular Month.

Why aren’t my points aren’t showing up from Multi Point Monday? These points will not be accumulated until the next day.

Why isn’t my Senior Breakfast on the Kiosk? You can get your breakfast between the hours of 7am-10am, after having earned 100 Points the prior Wednesday.

How old is a Senior? 55+

I need a Win/Loss Statement. You will need to fill out the form, and we will get this mailed out to you as soon as possible.

Can I have two cards? Yes, but keep in mind that you are the only one allowed to play on them.
