You might say the hospitality business, and being a chef is in Patrick Jochim’s blood. His family owned a bed and breakfast in Sedona where he first got a taste for the business. His career began as a busboy in a resort and he worked his way up to Executive Chef. He refined his skills at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and took what he learned back to northern Arizona and continued a very successful career in some of the area’s best restaurants.
As Executive Chef at Cliff Castle Casino, Patrick will bring a new vision to Storytellers Steakhouse and Mountain Springs Buffet. Look for exciting changes to the Storytellers menu as well as Mountain Springs Buffet.
