As we mentioned, the casino floor is completely finished. Come on in and play your favorite machines! The signage is being installed on the exterior, and next week we will put up the one on the driveway.
The displays in the entryway honoring the Yavapai and Apache tribes are complete. Come visit us to see the improvements in person!

What are you remodeling?
The Gaming Floor, The exterior porte-cochere, High-limit room, Cashier and Castle Club, and we are adding a new Sports Book venue.
How much of the casino is being upgraded?
This project encompasses approximately 32,000 sf of area and is divided into 4 phases.
Will you close during the project?
No, Cliff Castle will be open and operational throughout the project for your entertainment.
How will I find my favorite games?
Some of our Guests’ favorite slot machines may be temporarily relocated to a different area on the casino floor. A Slot Team Member can assist the Guest with locating his/her favorite game.
How long will this renovation take?
The project is currently planned to be completed by early next year.
Phase 1: What is included and what can I expect?
Scope of work: During Phase 1, the Cashier will be completely transformed, along with new ceilings in the gaming floor, new custom carpet, updated wall finishes, and lighting throughout. The existing pit will be relocated and a portion of the hotel hallway adjacent to Kids Quest will also be updated in preparation for Phase 2. This work will be done behind construction walls for guest safety.
Phase 2: What is included and what can I expect?
Scope of work: During Phase 2, The Castle Club, High-Limit, Sportsbook, and remainder of the hotel hallway adjacent to Kids Quest will be updated along with new ceilings in the gaming floor, new custom carpet, updated wall finishes, and lighting throughout. At the conclusion of Phases 1 and 2, approximately 50% of the gaming floor will be completely transformed.
Phase 3: What is included and what can I expect?
Scope of work: Phase 3 shifts the major focus to the exterior arrival experience for guests, upgrading the physical appearance of porte-cochere, adding an all-new Tribal Heritage display for guests to learn more about the Yavapai-Apache heritage and culture, and adding a dedicated indoor smoking room for guests. This phase also includes ceilings, walls, and flooring for another 6,000sf of gaming floor area.
Phase 4: What is included and what can I expect?
Scope of work: Phase 4 is the culmination of the project, with a focus on completion of the gaming floor and upgrades to the finishes throughout the old non-smoking room. This area now becomes an additional gaming space and provides a direct and high-quality transition between the hotel desk and main gaming floor.
